Hva er en personopplysning?

En personopplysning er enhver opplysning som direkte eller indirekte kan knyttes til en fysisk person, herunder blant annet navn, postadresse, e-postadresse, IP-adresse og mobilnummer. Vi behandler dine personopplysninger i tråd med de til enhver tid gjeldende lovkrav.

Hvordan får vi tilgang til personopplysninger om deg?

Vi kan få tilgang til personopplysninger på flere måter:

• Vi mottar personopplysninger direkte fra deg når du handler i nettbutikken, registrerer en konto eller kontakter oss på annen måte, via for eksempel telefon eller e-post.

Hvilke personopplysninger behandler vi?

Hvorfor har vi lov til å behandle dine personopplysninger?

Hvem deler vi personopplysninger med?

Vi vil kunne dele personopplysninger med våre underleverandører for å kunne levere den avtalte tjenesten. Et selskap som behandler data på vegne av oss, kalles en databehandler. Når vi bruker databehandlere sørger vi for å inngå en såkalt databehandleravtale. En databehandleravtale er en avtale som regulerer hvordan databehandleren kan behandle de personopplysningene som de får tilgang til.

Vi vil også kunne dele personopplysninger med offentlige myndigheter der det foreligger en lovfestet utleveringsplikt.

Vi kan benytte og overføre personopplysninger til leverandører og/eller samarbeidspartnere utenfor EU/EØS-området. Vi vil imidlertid kun overføre personopplysninger til virksomheter utenfor EU/EØS, som ellers ikke er godkjent av EU-kommisjonen, dersom:

• den aktuelle virksomheten deltar i EU-U.S. Privacy Shield,
• vi har inngått en avtale basert på EUs standardkontrakter med den aktuelle virksomheten, eller
• overføringen av personopplysningene skjer på grunnlag av bindende konsernregler for overføring.

Hvor lenge lagres personopplysninger?

Vi lagrer dine personopplysninger så lenge det er nødvendig for oppfyllelsen av de overnevnte formålene med behandlingen av personopplysningene. Dette gjelder likevel ikke dersom lagring er lovpålagt i en lengre periode enn det formålet tilsier.

Hvordan sikrer vi dine personopplysninger?

Vi har etablert rutiner og tiltak for å sikre at uvedkommende ikke får tilgang til personopplysningene dine og at all behandling av opplysningene for øvrig skjer i tråd med gjeldende rett. Tiltakene inkluderer blant annet tekniske systemer og fysiske prosedyrer for å ivareta informasjonssikkerhet.

Dine rettigheter
